Archtics is a ticketing portal owned by Ticketmaster that delivers a hyper-personalised experience to fans, specialising in premium, membership and annual subscription models.

In a UK first, the portal is empowering suite holders and Superstar members at Utilita Arena Sheffield to easily select, upgrade, manage, and resell their tickets, as well as handle subscription plans from any device.

The bespoke and dynamic white-label portal has been designed by the Utilita Arena Sheffield team using the simple drag and drop content management system that Archtics provides. This custom approach not only drives engagement but also enables the venue to acquire, retain, and strengthen relationships with its most valued fans.

Fans can be targeted with bespoke offerings, from favourite seats through to upsells, upgrades, bundles, early renewals and special promotions, driving engagement and value for all involved.

Over the weekend, Utilita Arena Sheffield successfully hosted Pulp, drawing in 27,000 fans, with over 1,000 of them enjoying the event in exclusive hospitality.
