As 2022 comes to an end, Ticketmaster reflects on the launch of Ticketmaster Attractions, a business solution offering industry-leading technology and service tailored to the needs of one of the fastest growing segments in live entertainment covering immersive events, exhibitions and experiences.
“We purposefully launched TM Attractions to coincide with some major developments and improvements to our platforms with respect to Timed-Entry events and exhibitions, and the reception from the industry has been fantastic. We’re now able to offer a wide range of event and attraction clients a best-in-class system, alongside market leading audience reach and fan support, and it’s helped us secure some of the most exciting new properties in this emerging sector” – Alex Berti, Senior Client Development Director – Events, Attractions and Sport.
Using a suite of ticketing solutions and distribution tools, Ticketmaster Attractions has been combining industry knowledge and its global scale with in-depth segment expertise.
Since launching in April, Ticketmaster Attractions has supported existing operators as well as new entrants to launch and quickly scale their business, reaching new audiences while delivering best-in-class fan experiences.
Here are a few of the exciting partnerships that have come to fruition:
BBC Earth Experience is due to launch in London in March 2023. The ground-breaking attraction offers visitors the chance to experience the extraordinary diversity of the seven unique continents on the most epic scale, featuring bespoke narration from Sir David Attenborough. Visitors experience a 360-degree audio visual journey as they marvel and explore iconic landscapes and connect with mesmerising animals on an adventure that brings environments to life.
‘Working with the BBC Studios team to transform their content into a 360-degree audio visual spectacle and having Sir David Attenborough narrate the experience has been an absolute privilege. Utilising the best natural history series in the world, courtesy of BBC Studios, Live Nation Entertainment knew that we’d have a first-class experience on our hands, which deserved only the best ticketing agency. We are proud to present BBC Earth Experience and thrilled to be working with Ticketmaster to deliver the event.’ Ben Hatton, Senior Vice President of Arts & Entertainment for Cuffe & Taylor.

Launched in October, Frameless takes visitors on a journey through four distinctive art galleries, experiencing a different type of immersive technology in each one. Frameless has already marked its place as a new landmark destination for visitors to the capital.
“Frameless is London’s first permanent digital immersive art experience, and first of its kind in the world. Culturally rich, immersive, and multi-dimensional, it’s a place where you’re not simply looking at paintings, you’re in them, with every brush stroke, every splash of colour, every moment of inspiration. Among the many world-class attractions in London, Frameless has already marked its place as a new landmark destination for visitors to the capital. Our partnership with Ticketmaster matches our ambition to enable every Londoner and London tourist to see art in a completely new way.” Marta Topornicka, Head of Marketing for Frameless.

“Partnering with Ticketmaster for Van Gogh Alive in Bradford, City of Culture 2025, was an easy decision for us due to our excellent relationship, and having worked so successfully together on Van Gogh Alive in London last year.”
