Here at Ticketmaster we’ve announced the ten artists and bands predicted to take the live scene by storm in 2020.

Ticketmaster’s ‘New for 2020’ list has been hand-picked by the Artist Services team – the people who have been taking artists’ tours to the next level for the past ten years. Much of this year’s list is made up of acts the team has seen packing out grassroots venues over the last year, and who they believe will pull big crowds in 2020.

Ticketmaster’s ‘New For 2020’:

Celeste | Bree Runway | Aitch | Scarypoolparty | Fletcher | Arlo Parks | JC Stewart | Inhaler | Beabadoobee | The Snuts

Last year ‘New for 2019’ tipped the likes of political powerhouse Slowthai, singer-songwriter Freya Ridings, and in 2018 the now Brit Award winner Tom Walker.

Andrew Parsons, Managing Director Ticketmaster UK, said: “A new year calls for new discoveries and 2020 is no different. Our list is more than just soulful ballads and unpredictable rap – it’s a diverse celebration of artists who’ve been here all along but are only now getting to be heard. We want to continue to be the place where fans come to discover the hottest acts making noise across the industry, and we will always support artists at whatever stage of their career they’re at.”

Arlo Parks said: “I’m so happy to have been selected in Ticketmaster’s New For 2020. On stage is where I feel most alive – I love that feeling of intimacy and genuine connection with everyone in the room. I’m really looking forward to touring and playing in loads of new places in 2020.”

The Snuts said: “We’re grateful to Ticketmaster for recognising us as one of their artists to look out for in 2020! It’s going to be a big one…”
