Miss Saigon has extended its West End run at the Prince Edward Theatre until 26 September. Hurrah.

The Cameron Mackintosh production has been making audiences simultaneously dance in their seats and go a little red-faced since it landed in the theatre last May, but the thrills aren’t over yet.

Miss Saigon

Packing all the drama of a Hollywood movie onto the stage, the Laurence Connor-directed show tells the epic tale of a young bar girl, Kim, orphaned by war, who falls in love with an American GI called Chris.

Eva Noblezada plays the role of Kim, with Alistair Brammer as Chris and Jon Jon Briones stealing the limelight at The Engineer.

Laurence Connor directs the show-stopping production, with musical staging by Bob Avian and choreography by Geoffrey Garratt.
