The Van Gogh Alive exhibition arrived in London in June and welcomed more than 250,000 fans over its four-month residency at Kensington Gardens.
Ticketmaster UK signed the exclusive ticketing partnership with Van Gogh Alive back in April 2021, and the event was a consistent a top seller throughout the summer.
A national marketing campaign saw people from far and wide book tickets and make the trip to London for this once-in-a-lifetime show – from Truro in the South West of England right up to the Shetland Islands at the North West tip of Scotland, securing the exhibition as one of the hottest tickets of 2021.
Fans filled up timed-entry time slots at half hour intervals each day, totalling in thousands of time slots across the run. This was all combined with hands free digital tickets to keep fans safe and on site QR codes to drive all sales through online channels.
