This summer, Copper Box Arena stepped firmly into London’s live music spotlight, welcoming Gorillaz for their 25th anniversary celebrations.
From 8th August to 3rd September, the arena became home to House of Kong, a first-of-its-kind exhibition that brought fans inside the iconic world of the band. For the very first time, the fabled gates of Kong were opened, creating an immersive, limited-run experience that became a standout music moment in London and beyond. Fans were given a rare opportunity to step inside the world of Gorillaz.
The exhibition built towards four intimate, limited-capacity Gorillaz shows (29th & 30th August, 2nd & 3rd September). All four dates sold out, giving fans a rare chance to experience the band in an up-close setting. Known for their innovation and genre-blending creativity, Gorillaz made Copper Box Arena the centre of their 25th anniversary celebrations.
A Venue on the Rise
The Gorillaz series was a standout moment, highlighting the progress Copper Box Arena has been making as a venue for world-class artists and cultural showcases.
