Troxy has appointed Ticketmaster as its ticketing partner, bringing our cutting edge operational, marketing and audience insight to the venue’s busy show roster from May 2026.
Tom Sutton Roberts, Managing Director at Troxy explains: “This is about making the experience brilliant for fans at every stage, from discovering what’s on, to getting through the door on the night and in-venue engagement.
“Ticketmaster is innovating, right from the planning and discovery phase through to a great mobile-first experience and venue integration, and we’re looking forward to seeing how this will help the fan experience keep on getting better over the coming years.”

The partnership comes as Troxy completes the latest phase of a multi-year renovation, with a focus on delivering a more seamless and consistent experience for fans, with new cloakrooms, toilets and a recently increased capacity to 3600 tickets.
For fans, the journey will be more streamlined from purchase through to entry and into the venue. An Apple and Google Wallet integration will provide customisable passes containing essential event information, including entry details, venue guidance and real-time updates, all accessible at a glance throughout the event.
Audiences will also be able to download the bespoke Troxy app, built by Ticketmaster, which enables ticket purchase, provides real-time updates, guides entry and navigation, and connects directly to services such as upgrades. The app will be available to download in the coming weeks.
Ticketmaster’s SafeTix technology will underpin tickets, using encrypted digital tickets with dynamic barcodes and NFC to reduce fraud and limit unauthorised resale.
Alongside these fan-facing improvements, artist teams will also benefit from deeper audience insights, enabling more informed planning, onsale strategies and event delivery.
Sarah Slater, Managing Director of Ticketmaster UK, said: “We couldn’t be prouder to partner with Troxy at such an exciting point in its journey. The venue is investing heavily in raising the bar for the live experience, and this partnership is about making sure that carries through at every step for fans. From discovering what’s on, to getting in the door and finding your way around, it should all feel simple, smooth and joined up.
Ticketmaster brings the technology, insight and operational support to help make that happen at scale, not just improving how you buy a ticket, but how that connects to the whole night. We’re really looking forward to seeing how this helps shape an even better experience for fans as the venue continues to grow.”
Upcoming Troxy events include Geese, Morcheeba, Tricky, Nick Mulvey, Kurt Vile and self-described pythagorean-cubist Dada-rock mantra band Angine de Poitrine.
