Sell tickets to tables or sections

If you have unreserved tables and want to sell tickets in a groups of 6 persons for example, you can set this up as a ticket type on TicketWeb and set the minimum and maximum purchase limit as 6.

Maximise event info on your event page

When you set up your event, don’t forget you can add additional information into the event info section, plus the Terms & Conditions section too. You can also edit the confirmation email that is sent to customers after purchase.

Email attendees with updated information

If you forgot to include important information on the event info section and need attendees to know, you can send an email to all ticket purchasers at any time.

Keep purchases and payments contactless

You can switch off ticket sales at late as you like, so there’s no need for a physical box office at your event; all purchases can be done online.

Scan in fans to monitor capacity in real time and know who is at your event

When you scan in fans with the CheckIn App via your smartphone you can keep tabs on capacity and keep a log of which buyer entered your event at what time, just in case you need it.

Get feedback and extra info from fans

You can set up a survey with custom questions that can be sent to all bookers after they have purchased a ticket. Ask them for additional information or get their opinion and feedback on a topic of your choice.

Stagger the entry times to your event

When you create your event on TicketWeb you can set up a ticket type per entry time and set a maximum capacity of your choice per ticket type to help you stagger entry to your event, ease queuing and aid social distancing.
