Following significant investment and upgrades across the venue,Troxy has partnered with Ticketmaster to support its next phase of growth.
In this exclusive conversation, Simon Eaton, Head of Live, reflects on the venue’s rich history, recent transformation, and future ambitions. He also explains why Ticketmaster was chosen as a trusted ticketing partner to help deliver an exceptional experience for fans, promoters, and event organisers.
As one of London’s most distinctive live entertainment venues, Troxy has continually evolved to meet the changing needs of artists, promoters, and audiences. Recent investments have focused on enhancing the venue experience while ensuring accessibility remains at the heart of everything the team does.
Discussing the decision to partner with Ticketmaster, Simon highlighted the importance of innovation and fan-first technology:
“Ticketmaster are the market leader, the innovations they’ve got within their products are second to none. Technology is paramount, we want to make sure fans get what they pay for. What we don’t want to see is tickets ending up on secondary markets or inflated fees, or anybody being turned away at the door. We absolutely want to avoid that at all costs. What we want to do is minimise, if not eradicate that entirely, and through the technological aspects that Ticketmaster offer, we can go a large way into stopping that happening.”
Accessibility is another core focus for the venue and a principle that continues to guide its future direction:
“Troxy should be accessible for everybody, music should be accessible to everybody, and that’s exactly what we stand for here.”
The partnership brings together Troxy’s commitment to delivering outstanding live experiences with Ticketmaster’s industry-leading ticketing technology, helping to support the venue’s continued growth while providing a seamless and secure experience for fans.
