What we don’t want to see is tickets ending up on secondary markets or inflated fees, or anybody being turned away at the door. We absolutely want to avoid that at all costs. What we want to do is minimise, if not eradicate that entirely, and through the technological aspects that Ticketmaster offer, we can go a large way into stopping that happening.”
