We have plenty of experience ticketing events at Wembley and similar stadia for play offs and cup finals, and over the last few seasons, we have worked with many clubs for these events.
When your club reaches a final or playoff, demand for tickets will be at its highest.
Ticketmaster Sport has managed dozens of events at Wembley for more than a decade. We can provide you with a branded website where your fans will be able to pick the exact seat they want from our interactive seat plans.
We will manage the sale process. Before you go on sale, we will import your customer data so that you can decide who gets to buy first and how many tickets they can buy. This can be staggered with season ticket holders first, then members and then general sale if required.
Fulfilment is easy too. We can fulfil the tickets digitally, meaning fans get their tickets immediately, reducing any customer service questions of ‘where are my tickets’. We do, however, appreciate there will be questions, so to assist, we will provide customer service via our UK-based team.
And when match day comes, we will be there with you. Our experienced team of Account Managers have been there before and will be at the stadium to assist.
