You can switch off ticket sales at late as you like, so there’s no need for a physical box office at your event; all purchases can be done online.

When you scan in fans with the CheckIn App via your smartphone you can keep tabs on capacity and keep a log of which buyer entered your event at what time, just in case you need it.

Get feedback and extra info from fans

You can set up a survey with custom questions that can be sent to all bookers after they have purchased a ticket. Ask them for additional information or get their opinion and feedback on a topic of your choice.

Stagger the entry times to your event

When you create your event on TicketWeb you can set up a ticket type per entry time and set a maximum capacity of your choice per ticket type to help you stagger entry to your event, ease queuing and aid social distancing.
