2. Capture the info you need with custom questions

If you want to capture extra information about your attendees or even your exhibitors, our Universe platform is very flexible and allows you to add the questions you need as part of the purchase process.

If you choose our Ticketmaster or TicketWeb platform you can send a survey post purchase.

3. Stagger entry times

You can allocate entry times to your event, helping with the flow of visitors throughout the day. You can set this up for multi-day events as well as one off events too.

4. Restrict entry to certain areas

If you’re selling ticket types with different levels of access, you can set each of your scanners to only accept certain ticket types on entry. You can do this on any of our ticketing platforms.

You could even use this feature to stagger the flow of entry into the event by having different ticket types accepted at different entrances.

5. Integrate your existing tools

If you choose the Universe platform, you can connect hundreds of product tools like Mailchimp to share data in real time, so no need to migrate data or information over to us.

Alternatively, if you don’t have much set up don’t worry, we have tools you can use for emailing attendees, reporting and more, and all the data collected is yours to keep.

6. Know your attendees

By switching on Ticket Transfer, the lead booker can pass the ticket to the attendee so you’ll know exactly who will be attending and can communicate directly to them.

If you use the Universe platform you can also accept and reject ticket requests so that only invited guests can attend.
