The fight for LGBT+ equality is something we are incredibly passionate about. That’s why we’re so excited to be partnering with Manchester Pride for the 4th consecutive year. To us, this partnership is far more than just a commercial one.
Four years ago, we launched Pride Nation for our employees. Pride Nation aims to promote a positive and inclusive environment for all employees, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity through education, networking and workplace collaboration. The purpose and message of Manchester Pride aligns perfectly with what we stand for.
Our Contact Centre houses over 300 staff in the City Centre of Manchester. The city is incredibly important to us and we’ve been based there for over 20 years. Manchester Pride represents everything that is great about the city and the work it does with LGBT+ communities, events and initiatives.
As well as this, we get the incredible honour of designing (and dancing on) a float in the Parade. This is a great opportunity for our staff to show their creative sides, get involved in a great cause, give something back to their community and have some fun! We even get support from some of our other partners with Manchester Arena giving us a space to build our float too.
We can’t wait for this year’s event and we hope we can support it for many more years to come.
