Many of the night’s winners are Ticketmaster Artist Services clients, with whom we have worked closely along with their labels, management and talent agents on numerous and varying campaigns in recent months. Each winner is an exceptional talent and we are honoured to be ticketing partner in every case.
Here are just some of the direct-to-fan ticketing campaigns from this year’s winners.

Receiving the night’s biggest award was multiplatinum selling US singer-songwriter P!NK, who celebrates two decades operating at the very highest level in popular music Late last year, the star announced she would bring her Beautiful Trauma World tour to the UK and Ireland for Summer 2019. To ensure that P!NK’s fans had the fairest and best access to tickets over professional resellers and bots, UK promoter Marshall Arts employed Ticketmaster International as the tour’s official ticket seller, utilising Ticketmaster’s exclusive Verified Fan mechanic. She also offered fans a commemorative 3D lenticular Collector Ticket which proved to be the biggest-Selling Collector Ticket in 2018. Read the full story here.

British breakthrough act WINNER: Tom Walker
Scottish singer-songwriter Tom Walker looked genuinely shocked when he was announced as the breakthrough winner at The O2 on Wednesday night. A very worthy winner, Walker has been making waves since the release of his single Leave a Light On which features on his forthcoming debut album What A Time to Be Alive which is out on Relentless Records / Sony Music in March 2019. Artist Services caught Tom live at Eurosonic festival, Groningen, and even got to celebrate a great performance with a cup of tea backstage with him! In addition, TicketWeb has been long-time supporter of Walker’s, running features on the artist at every stage of his developing career, as well as featuring Tom in our New For 2018 list.
Label Sony Music have partnered with Artist Services for three of Tom’s UK tours, including his biggest in 2019 which included a DTC album pre-order mechanic to give fans who buy the album chance to buy tickets via an exclusive TicketWeb presale.
