Huge names in the world of comedy including Ricky Gervais, Eddie Izzard and Sara Pascoe have been announced for The Comedy Store live at London’s O2 Forum Kentish Town from October to December 2020.

Live Nation and Academy Music Group have been working with Ticketmaster to ensure fans are as safe as possible by seating fans in socially distanced ‘Fan Groups’ of 2, 3, 4 or 5, and switching on Timed Entry to ensure social distancing is maintained as fans enter the venue.

All tickets are digital, reducing contact on entry and allowing fans to transfer their ticket to friends and family contact-free.

The promoters are also making the most of numerous opportunities to communicate safety guidelines to fans, from the event page through to post purchase emails, and information stored with the fans ticket in their MyAccount.

“We’re really excited to be bringing comedy back to O2 Forum Kentish Town, especially with the calibre of acts that have come on board for the Comedy Store season. The safety of fans, and in particular socially distanced seating, were obviously at the forefront of our thinking from the very start of the project. The way in which Ticketmaster was able to pick up and run with this from the point of sale right through to on-site event delivery has been exceptional, and meant we could just focus on putting together some fantastic shows, with more to come.”

Ian Coburn, President European Comedy Touring, Live Nation

Tickets for all events are on sale on Friday 9 October at 10am.
