Our Black Friday and Cyber Monday campaign ran on 29 November – 6 December with a total of 184 events across music, theatre, sport, comedy, family and arts events.

Set up on its own dedicated splash page, the campaign was supported across all Ticketmaster UK Channels and was our biggest Black Friday campaign to date. We had more events, more engagement and more ticket sales than ever before.

Our flash sales are popular for clients and customers alike; in 2019 42% of our ticket sales for offers were made via our flash sales.
